$30 for the 1 hour 45 minute session. You are welcome to purchase food and drinks separately while at Light the Night.

SIP, Savor & Stay Cozy- VIP Style
Our igloo evenings feature rotating food and drink experiences from two of Delano’s favorite local restaurants: Brickside Grille and The Whiskey Jar. Each date is hosted by one restaurant, and your chosen night determines which menu, cocktails, and packages will be available (see restaurant rotation below).
When you book a package, you’re getting the full VIP experience! A curated, more festive menu created specifically for the igloos, plus food and drinks delivered straight to your cozy space.
If you choose an igloo rental without a package, you’re welcome to purchase food and beverages from the host restaurant’s public service counter and bring them back to your igloo - their service counter will offer a smaller, general-public menu.

Reserve Your Igloo Experience
An igloo reservation is $30, and you’re welcome to add an optional food and beverage package to elevate your experience. A non-refundable $30 rental fee is collected at booking. You will then receive a confirmation email and the hosting restaurant will reach out to you to confirm your package option and payment for the package.
Note that all igloos seat 6-8 people.

Your Questions Answered
How much is the deposit and what does it cover?
A $30 non-refundable rental fee is required to reserve your igloo. This deposit is applied toward your final package total when you pay your hosting restaurant.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The $30 rental fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel or the reservation is released due to unpaid package fees. These proceeds will benefit the expansion of Night the Light next year.
When do I pay for my food & beverage package?
After booking your igloo, your hosting restaurant will contact you within 48 hours. You’ll select your package and pay the restaurant directly to fully confirm your reservation.
Can I choose my package during booking?
Yes! You can select your preferred package on the booking form, or choose it later when the restaurant reaches out. Your hosting restaurant depends on your reservation date (see schedule above).
How many people fit in an igloo?
Each igloo comfortably seats 6-8 adults, with warm lighting and heating to keep things cozy.
Are the igloos heated?
Yes! Each igloo includes heaters, but you’re welcome to bring blankets for extra coziness.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
No. Outside food or beverages are NOT allowed in the park. If you rented an igloo only, you are welcome to purchase food/drinks from the Light the Night concession stand or the hosting restaurant on site.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Igloos remain open in light snow and typical Minnesota winter conditions. If weather becomes unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule your reservation.
Where do we check in?
You’ll bring your reservation confirmation to check in at the Splashpad Concessions in Delano Central Park. Look for the glowing igloos - you can’t miss them!
