Your Questions Answered
How much is the deposit and what does it cover?
A $40 non-refundable rental fee is required to reserve your igloo.
Is the deposit refundable?
All igloo‑related contributions are non‑refundable. If the Organization cancels an event or is unable to provide igloo access due to weather, safety, or other operational reasons, the Organization will notify donors and may offer an alternative reservation date or a full refund at the Organization’s discretion.
When do I pay for my food & beverage package?

How many people fit in an igloo?
Each igloo comfortably seats 6-8 adults, with warm lighting and heating to keep things cozy.
Are the igloos heated?
Yes! Each igloo includes heaters, but you’re welcome to bring blankets for extra coziness.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
No. Outside food or beverages are NOT allowed in the park. If you rented an igloo only, you are welcome to purchase food/drinks from the Light the Night concession stand or the hosting restaurant on site.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Igloos remain open in light snow and typical Minnesota winter conditions. If weather becomes unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule your reservation.
Where do we check in?
You’ll bring your reservation confirmation to check in at the Splashpad Concessions in Delano Central Park. Look for the glowing igloos - you can’t miss them!
