Igloo Reservation Questions
Setting up FAQs
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your igloo. This deposit is applied toward your final package total when you pay your hosting restaurant.
No. The $30 deposit is non-refundable, even if you cancel or the reservation is released due to unpaid package fees. These proceeds will benefit the expansion of Night the Light next year.
Yes! You can select your preferred package on the booking form, or choose it later when the restaurant reaches out. Your hosting restaurant depends on your reservation date (see schedule above).
After booking your igloo, your hosting restaurant will contact you within 24 hours. You’ll select your package and pay the restaurant directly to fully confirm your reservation.

Yes! Each igloo includes heaters, but you’re welcome to bring blankets for extra coziness.
If you rented an igloo only, you are welcome to bring your own food and/or purchase food/drinks from the Light the Night concession stand or the hosting restaurant.
You’ll check in at Splashpad Concessions in Delano Central Park. Look for the glowing igloos - you can’t miss them!
